Can I cancel or amend my booking for free?

Absolutely, our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival for direct bookings, you can cancel or amend your stay within this time frame via your online account or contacting us at 01539766444

When will you take payment for my stay?

We don't take any deposits and simply charge 100% of your booking value 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive an automatic receipt once payment is made, full booking terms and conditions can be found on our policies page

Are your properties dog friendly?

We have a selection of properties whereby you can bring your furry friend, please visit our property page where you can filter for pet friendly stays.

When do I receive arrival information for my stay?

Enter some text...We provide a completely contact free check in, arrival information will be sent directly to your email inbox two days prior to your arrival date.
